Please accept my condolences on the death of your father.  I have had the pleasure of meeting him twice in Kathmandu. I have fond memories of these brief meetings, the last one of which was when he made sure that I arrived safely in Kathmandu after being trapped in Tibet due to bad weather.  I will always remember him as a kind and caring man who was father to us all trekkers.
